Products

Yes, our products are 100% natural, crafted from high quality ingredients which we ensure our suppliers trade fairly.

We do not test any of our products on animals but we do test our products in house on friends, family and paid volunteers.

Yes Glowganic was founded with sensitive skin in mind! The CEO suffers with eczema and sensitive skin himself, understanding the stresses and struggles when it comes to picking good skincare products. 

All products are made from natural ingredients and any with additional fragrances are clearly indicated on the label and in the product description. 

Shipping

All orders are dispatched next day, but can take up to 3 days max. If this is the case we will be in contact with updates about delays. 

Please do contact us via Email: Glowganic01@gmail.com. Send us pictures of your damaged goods as we look into these case by case. Usually we will issue a full refund of your shipping fee but if damages are extensive a full refund of your order may be issued. 

Please contact us as soon as possible via email or telephone so we can have your order cancelled and issue a refund. If it has been shipped already we will be unable to issue a refund.
